Order Processing & Production Time
Unlike traditional stores that ship from a warehouse, our products are made to order just for you. This means we do not hold inventory; instead, we print and craft your item after you place your order.

Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and quality-checked before it is shipped.

Peak Seasons: During holidays and high-volume seasons, production times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every item meets our quality standards.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your item has passed quality control and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 2–5 business days

International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Split Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced by different specialist facilities.

In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Please do not worry if one item arrives before the other; the rest of your order is on the way!
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note: It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping notification.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbours or household members.

Contact your local post office or the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at order@sixtyscout.com within 20 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
